Buses hang over highway - Seattle
Looks like something out of the Italian Job. Hope you can run the video in the USA. I'm glad there were no serious injuries.

Wintry driving conditions caused two commuter buses to veer to the brink of a busy US highway.

One vehicle slid on the icy road of Interstate 5 in Seattle, apparently colliding with a second bus.

There were reportedly no serious injuries, although emergency crews had to help one passenger on a stretcher.

1. Thanks for posting
I just love it when we get more up-to-date news from across the pond than we do from our own media.

4. My 13 year old's first comment: "Who would go on a tour today anyway?"
She's not the most sensitive soul. :-)

7. It was a crazy day to be out driving in Seattle, and I'd think especially for a bus.
But I'm glad everyone is okay.

5. The buses were removed late last night
The people inside were not on a tour. They were college-age young people returning from a Job Corps assignment in Eastern Washington. According to those on the bus, the passengers were pleading with the driver to NOT go down the hill that sent them sliding into the barrier because it was a sheet of ice.

The Seattle police were talking about criminal charges late last night. It is a miracle those buses did not land in the middle of I-5.
