(something the repugs CANNOT abide - they had rather slither around words than address anything of substance). The House just voted to take down the words and suspend Taylor's right to speak for the rest of the day.

Barney Franks made a motion to allow him to speak, the ayes carries, absence of quorum and they are now voting on that.
