We are so fucked. Welcome to the next Great Depression.
If any one of the Big Three goes under we're completely screwed. The economy will really be in the dumper. This is nothing but bad news.

4. I am hopeful that our new president can give us a hand up out of this hole
No way would I want to be president these days, Pres Obama has such a big mess to clean up from the last presidency, it will probably take 4 years just to get everything quasi-normal again.

8. One Saving Grace...
The market crash happened in October, 1929...Roosevelt didn't take office until March, 1933...3 1/2 years of additional damage by the boooshie-like policies of Hoover (or is that visa versa). This time the real crash happened in August with the AIG mess and at least this regime has been swept out of power and competent administration goes in place in a month!

Yes, yesterday was bad news, but I think in the end it will be for the GOOP. If the Big 3 can hang on...and I know that's a big if, there's a different Congress taking over on January 6th. What we're seeing is a final cynical play and fleecing of our economy...the sad, ugly end of the booosh regime as they literaly steal and plunder their way out of town.

The GOOP thinks it's "punishing us" for electing Obama and not subcribing to the "boooosh legacy"...as my Gov says "fuck 'em".

13. He didn't invent it.
He only perfected it, and drove it into the ditch more rapidly than would otherwise have occurred.

Bush Depression. Bush Depression. Bush Depression.
