Ooh! Ooh! Christian fight!!!!
BTW- Ashland half jokingly calls itself "the Center of the Universe" it was a rural area 30 minutes north of Richmond that saw a massive amount of upper-middleclass growth starting 20 or so years ago.

Thread about it from last month- the one pic will give you a good idea of how tastefully they did this

‘Nekkid’ calendar exposes rift

The "Nekkid Men from the Center of the Universe" has exposed a rift in priorities and values in the town of Ashland.

The calendar is a fundraiser for Ashland Christian Emergency Services, which assists some of the area's neediest citizens.

Sales have raised $11,000 in less than a week. But it has also raised the ire of those who question the propriety of people posing nude in the name of Christian charity. Some donors to the nonprofit -- including some Ashland-area churches -- have ceased supporting the nonprofit organization out of anger.

"People feel strongly about this calendar one way or another, and I respect anyone's opinion," said Elizabeth McDade, president of Circle Communications and the wife of the calendar's "Mr. May," hardware store owner Robert Traweek. "If they feel that way about it, who am I to tell them they're wrong?"

Al Dickerson, the 83-year-old executive director of ACES, was among the men who posed for the calendar. He agrees with McDade's assessment. "I know that the name is really what set people off.

No one buys this for the beefcake. I think it is hilarious that they would do this.

7. What was that British Film???
Where the guys on the unemployment line decided to make money as strippers...

We ladies have been recognizing the power of sex in making money for millenia, and the guys are catching on. I think the idea is a hoot.

Hopefully, the churches will come around when they see the innocence of the calendar.
