of Congress. That will take at least one week or more. Then it goes to Dept of Justice who will take it to a District Court. At least one more week. After the District Judge rules there will be an appeal. Figure a month or two while waiting on appeal. Probably we are looking at at least several months gone by so far..Many things can happen in that amount of time. Eventually they will appeal all the way to the Extreme Court where Tony Scalia rules the roost. I am sure everyone is fairly certain how that court will rule. But anyway we are looking at probably six to eight months having gone by. By then we will be looking at Primaries heating up and all the news will be Democrats slamming Democrats. When the Extreme Court finally does take the case and rules and Congress loses, what next? For all those that want to wait on Impeachment until the evidence is officially in will have a lot more waiting time...Iran could well be attacked in this time frame and at minimum three soldiers a day dead and another dozen wounded every single day we allow this Criminal Cabal to continue..We can not count on the courts or probably even the Constitution any more. The longer Congress waits the harder it gets to accomplish any accountability at all. Someone must file for Impeachment now and not let another second go by.. just my $.02 worth.. :shrug:
