Roadside bomb strikes MND-B patrol
Multi-National Division – Baghdad PAO

BAGHDAD – Two MND-B Soldiers died when an improvised explosive device struck
the unit’s vehicle during a combat security patrol in a southern section of
the Iraqi capital, wounding another.

Iraqi security forces and Multi-National Division – Baghdad Soldiers continue
conducting operations in support of Operation Fardh Al-Qanoon, March 20, to
help set conditions for a stable and self-reliant Iraq.

The deceased Soldiers’ names are being withheld pending notification of next
of kin.

March 21 (Reuters) - Two U.S. soldiers were killed when a bomb struck their
unit's vehicle during a patrol in southern Baghdad, the U.S. military reported
on Tuesday.

Another U.S. soldier died on Tuesday of wounds suffered from a bomb attack
in Baghdad on March 15. A U.S. soldier died on March 17 after a bomb struck
his vehicle, the U.S. military reported on Tuesday.
