MSM and euphemisms for swear words

I find it so absurd that swear words which are part of transcripts are not used by bobbleheads. I've listened to bleep and expletive used instead of Blago's actual dialogue all day, and I feel like a kindergartener. The absurdity of what our media values never ceases to amaze me.

can't watch the evening news without hearing about a man's, uh...., erectile problems.

Do they not think that kids that are old enough to comprehend swear words and pay attention during the news don't pick up on this shit too.

And because the NUMBER of ads per night on ED are so numerous, I have to ask, are there seriously men that don't know at this point that this stuff is available...why spend the millions on ads? Is it like a Coke or Pepsi thing?
