reserved for covering house and senate sessions and thus not covering anything live... just taped stuff that they can cut into in the case that either chamber of congress goes into session.

3. I TiVO'd C-SPAN3 from 9:30 until 2pm. Gore is first?
I am lucky my cable provider has all 3 C-Spans in their line-up.

Sucks for the many people don't have TV access to C-SPAN3.

4. Because that way
fewer people will see this important event. Of course. ;-) As a Clarkie you know very well how the game is played, they use the ignore button a lot.

9. Yes, a caller asked about it on Washington Journal
Edited on Wed Mar-21-07 07:53 AM by bananas
and the host said it will be played in the evening on c-span.
It will also be carried live on c-span radio.
The host also said they have a commitment to carry the house and senate.

5. FWIW, you can hear it on C-SPAN Radio on XM, and they'll re-broadcast it on 1 and 2 later.
That is Al Gore taking phonecalls, yes?

7. CSPAN 1 & 2 are ALWAYS the live House & Senate session....
they never make exceptions to that. Its not some sort of conspiracy or anything. CSPAN 3 can be streamed online for those who do not get it on cable.

10. C-Span 3 is considered
the education channel; and is carried in a lot of classrooms.
At least that is my understanding.

I think 1 & 2 are for Government live hearings/sessions
