For those who boycott establishments that show Faux, what would
you do if if Faux News is the channel turned on in the Harris County District Court, where my DH showed up because he was a potential juror?

1. I've never liked the DH rule
I think the game should be played 9 against 9.

:O

They should be forced to turn that shit off.

4. But DearHusband (DH) was the one who experienced this. And if you're
doing your civic duty... that's what he did.

5. He went there because he thought it was his duty. The first bunch of
people went, and to control the other jurors, they turned the TV on, but it was Faux. That's just wrong.
He stayed until he was released.

6. Well if he wanted to pitch a fit and not be on a jury,
he's got the perfect excuse.

12. Can the showing of Fox News be shown to impede a fair trial?
Or for that matter any TV show?
