Cheney’s Office Involved in Global Warming Manipulation

E&E reports that the House Oversight and Government Reform Committee’s hearing into Philip Cooney’s editing of global warming reports revealed that Cheney’s office also played a role. Kevin O’Donovan, an aide in Cheney’s office, wrote a memo to Cooney suggesting they try to “reinvigorate debate on the actual climate history of the past thousand years.” Waxman said the Cooney-O’Donovan memo “suggests active coordination between and the office of the vice president.”

Something tells me Dickie-poo's health is going to go downhill real fast from now on -- such that he "cannot be disturbed or upset" for reasons of his health by any questioning, interviewing, or subpoenaing -- but not quite enough to actually resign.
