or a series of small strokes. That would explain a lot -- the incoherence when he gets a little tired, the inability to speak articulately, the falling down from time to time.

In this photo, it definitely looks like some facial drooping on the left.

side of the brain and I can tell you that bush**s problems are not due to a stroke.
