Was Bush Regime Subpoenaed and Under Oath For 9-11 Commission?
As I recollect they were given some kind of courtesy exception and Bush, Cheney, Rice, etc of this regime were told they didn’t have to testify under oath during the 9-11 Commission. This still pisses me off as there was no reason why anyone of any stature should have been given this pass on such an important investigation.

If Bush or his staff refuse to testify in front of Congress under oath it should be duly noted and Congress should wait and go after Bush and his gang once they have left office. Under NO circumstances should Leahy etc accept this offer.

3. Nope
And you know they lied because they refused to take the oath. There is no other reason to refuse to swear you are going to tell the truth except that you plan on lying.

4. They were given a pass by their Repug controlled Congress.
One very important point, if *co. refuses to be subpoenaed by Congress that in itself is a "high crime"- and, he could be impeached for this alone.

5. I Beginning To See A Pattern Here......
and I've said it when Scooter was convicted - being pResident is a license to lie, cheat, steal, kill, torture, spy,....etc and when it's all over - get a 'get out of jail free' card.

Now you know why so much money is spent to take the WH.

7. I remember that...
Junior had to have Uncle Dick with him. He couldn't be relied on to keep the story straight.

8. They must tell tricky Dick and George there will be major repercussions
If Bush doesn't cooperate then Congress must tell him that he and Dicky will be a civilian within 2 years, and we (in Congress)will supoena you and you will testify and you WILL be held responsible.

Actually they should let him know that and pursue it regardless of what he permits from his underlings in this fed prosecutor round. Bush needs to be held responsible without deals.
