My Stupid Big 3 Bailout Proposal
Why doesn't Congress demand that the financial institutions that got the 700 Billion lend the auto makers the 36 Billion?

Seems like a good solution to me.

3. Here's an idea.
Why not just buy GM and strip all the tooling from their plants in China and Brazil and bring it back here to make fuel efficient cars for America?
