1. Even with far more than single digit difference, lawsuits will follow.
There are plenty of ballots to contest.

3. Lawsuit. This is going to take awhile. In the past, congress has started
with races still not decided and states not able to seat members, IIRC.

5. There are absentee ballots that have been rejected and
could make a difference. So it likely to end up in court or decided by the senate, etc.

6. I don't think Minnesotans would accept it.
The thing is there is still an small error in hand recounts, so anything within about +/- 100 votes is a statistical tie. Wonder what MN law says about that?
