Let's help the California priest who wants confessions
from those who voted for Obama. They just ran a brief snippet on the news, and in it he says that he's had very long lines (presumably for the confessional).

So let's encourage any Obama voter in the vicinity, Catholic or otherwise, to drop in and "confess". Keep those lines getting longer and longer, boys and girls! Clearly, this particular priest has enough time on his hands to issue the invitation, why not provide him with an object lesson in the wisdom of keeping the pulpit out of the voting booth.

1. I'm only sorry I don't live in California
I'd have to stop by and list off every pro-choice candidate I've voted for in the past thirty years. Just to keep him busy, y'know?

3. Father, I have sinned. I have not loved my fellow human as I should
Edited on Mon Dec-01-08 08:14 PM by jwirr
have, I have not used God's created world as I should have, I have misused the gifts of wealth the Lord has given me and I am sorry that I did not share more with the needy, I have not realized the value of the country I have lived in and have ignored her needs in favor of my own. For that reason I have voted for Obama. Amen
