Why do they schedule 60 MInutes for 7:00?

2. The Football season does not run all years long
3. CBS does not always carry a 4pm game in every market every week.
4. Out West the games finish before the 7pm hour.

8. Because 7:00 is the only time frame available in the 24 hour time continuum that has a direct

link to a 60 minute time span reference point. All the others have only between 47 and 52 actual minutes in a clear linear framework presentational scheduling module application. And such. Also.
