WASHINGTON DC, Jan 20 2009 - In his first act as President, Obama signed the "Begin Ushering in Solid Housing - Stable Underwriting of Credit, Keeping Economic Development" Act of 2009, also known as BUSH SUCKED Act of 2009. This will start one of the largest public works undertakings since the great depression. "I am honored that the Democratically lead Congress could have this to me on day one, I am happy to sign the BUSH SUCKED Act into law", President Obama told the room of onlookers.
