I predict Bob Graham for DCI.

I think Obama will want to get the military out of the leadership role at CIA. Bob Graham has the pedigree to slide into that position. Of course the transition at CIA usually takes longer, with newly sworn Presidents keeping on the DCIs of prior administrations for a while into their terms. I don't think Hayden will stick around that long though.

Not sure Graham would do it though. He loves the limelight, and the only time DCI has it is when they fuck up.

3. Graham would be an excellent pick

for several posts. Very knowledgable and competent. Besides DCI, he'd also be good at HHS, Transportation, Commerce, HS/FEMA, Defense, and others. He would be a huge asset to the Obama Administration.
