This is worth listening to!

http://airamerica.com/content/jon-elliott-texas-attorney-juan-guerra-man-who-charged-dick-cheney

A few notes from the interview:

Democrat also charged indictment
Evidence is "overwhelming"
Private prisons are being built once every 15 days
private corporations cutting back on necessities at prisons
most prisoners and least cost possible
private prison companies don't have to report statistics of injuries and problems
not interested in reforming convicts
Injuries and death of prisoners resulting
Cheney has stock in private prison companies
Guerra has pursued several curruption cases successfully
Cheney's signature is on the stock certificates. It's not a blind trust.

While all the news reports about this story go on and on about Guerra's own indictment, the US ATTORNEY WHO FRIVILOUSLY INDICTED GUERRA WORKED FOR CHENEY and the indictment was dropped. The only purpose of the indictment of Guerra was TO STOP THIS INVESTIGATION. Because of this they had to stop the investigation until the charges were dopped and when they started again it was done secretly until the indictments were delivered.
