23. Unfortunately, piracy is again increasing

Piracy has been reported originating from Yemen as well as Somalia, Ethiopia and Djibouti. There are Brazilian and Haitian pirates; tho' these have declined due to anti drug patrols; as well as pirates in the Straits of Malacca from both Sumatra and Malaya and in the South China Sea from Philippines, Vietnam, Borneo and, maybe, China.

Whilst I agree that African has racial overtones it is inappropriate to lable pirates by a country name because it is not privateering (State sponsored piracy). That said pirates is probably sufficient.
