6. It's funny but people keep thinking our governor here in Delaware is going to appoint herself

but Ruth Ann Minner has clearly said that she's done when she steps down at the end of the year - and I believe her when she says that too. Ruth Ann may not be a 'MILF' like Sarah Palin but then again Ruth Ann isn't a religious nut job fanatic either. And Ruth Ann can speak, answer questions with intelligence and hold her own with the press.
