Cong. Kucinich last reply during the oversite hearing is not the question of if they are working hard but who they're working for. Cong. Kucinich is the chairman and held a strong hearing. Cong. Cummings was very convincing in his feelings of his constitutes in this economic situation. Second part coming up shortly.
