OMG! Sarah Palin is soooo busy she couldn't stop for 20 minutes to do a tv interview
Do people really believe this shit? That Matty Lauer and fifteen guys with cameras and mics just happened by while she was cooking dinner? Will the media never stop this contrived bullshit? Sit down and do the fucking interview, Palin...don't pretend that this is your normal life that's just goin' on while Matt asks a few non-gotcha question.

I hate this woman, but far more, I hate how she is being propped up by the media in preparation for her next run for office. It's just sickening.

My number 1 wish from an Obama administration is some trust-busting of the giant defense-media conglomerates. Nothing else can really happen until institutionalized lying is thrown out along with Bush.

1. Don't worry. Unless she can squeeze her way into the Senate, she will be forgotten in two weeks.
It's all good. :hi:

7. Hope you are right
However, I see her back with a vengeance. When Palin says God will open the door, I get the creeps.

4. Was she wearing a towel?
It is sickening, but I've gotten used to it. The way they look at it is that they sold Bush, they can sell anything. And to a large portion of white America, they can.

5. And is Todd mute?
He stands around the kitchen looking stupid and non-helpful, holding the baby backwards so he faces the camera, and doesn't get to speak. In his own home? I didn't even see the whole thing, but what I saw was really weird. The staged photos behind Lauer... just weird.

6. Oh yeah, the staged photos
Perfectly framing either side of Lauer...the official military portrait of her ne'er do well son who was sent away after being busted vandalizing school buses, and then the five smaller family pictures to the left...awwww...it was a Better Homes & Gardens photo shoot.

8. I was right. She's never going away.
I know we're only one week removed from the election, but geez- enough with the Palin already.

9. Holy shit, she also was cooking when Greta von PermaFrown was there.
Does she run a catering service?

13. I think the director of the interview tells them to cook.
Obama had a similar interview where he was cooking too. I think they do it to appear "human."

10. Dan Quayle was a novelty for a couple of weeks after the election until he faded off into obscurity.

It's as if the media keeps telling the same old joke over and over by spotlighting her.

They will tire of it after a couple of weeks and move on to someone else.

12. that's why i disagree with those who say not to attack her or ignore her
those who support her are going to spend the next few years trying to convince everyone that she was treated unfairly and how she is really some good person and intelligent.

they will criticize the McCain campaign also and anyone else to further her.

14. Obama could play the same game the GOP played
Every time it seemed like the Democrats were going to get a chance to speak openly with the media, Bush would announce something, anything and then the media would rush to cover that.

If Obama wants to steal her thunder all he has to do is just hint that he'll speak on an important issue during the time that Palin was expecting media coverage. The media will favor covering Obama rather than Palin. Wash, rinse, repeat.

15. I don't think so
The media has it's own agenda, and it's decidedly GOP. They did that for Bush because they're in bed together. To the defense-contractor media, Sarah Palin making mac n' cheese while talking to Matt Lauer is far more important than anything Obama could say or do.
