The worst thing the dem party could do is to follow in the footsteps of the repuke party
The repuke party has been on a relentless drive to purge itself of anything but conservative ideologues. How's that turning out for them? They're convinced they lost this election because they weren't conservative enough. Delusional shit. That's why, whenever I hear the cry hear to purge the dem party of people like Ben Nelson, I can only shake my head. If you truly believe in the 50-state strategy, you need to understand the Nebraskans won't vote for a liberal senator. We're now the national party. They're the southern party. I'd like to see the dem party continue expanding- even if that means putting up with people in Congres who don't largely represent my views.
