Senate Majority Leader Clinton
Edited on Fri Nov-07-08 02:17 PM by KingOfLostSouls
because frankly, if there is even a question that LIEberman should be stripped of his chairmanship, then reid needs to go.

we need someone as the majority leader who's not going to put up with shit, not someone who needs to have their hand held the entire way.

7. I prefer her get Majority Whip (aka Assistant Majority Leader)
I don't think she is qualified yet to be Majority Leader. I do think she would be good in the position, but I would like to see Sen. Durbin take his shot at it first.

8. Two things: (1) She may have to jump over those already in line for the position.
(2) It also would put her in a position to actively oppose Obama setting her up for a 2012 challenge. Her ambition may conflict with that leadership position.

9. sorry, it's not going to happen. Hillary will not run. She'll support Reid
In fact, I guarantee you, no Senator will challenge Reid at this time.

Why so many DUers can't get it through their heads that they have absolutely NO SAY WHATSOEVER on this, is a never ending conumdrum to me.

10. Sounds good to me.
Senator Clinton would definitely keep the Senators in line, especially the whiny Republickers.
