Now that Proposal 2 in Michigan passed, we should be getting some jobs, right?

At least that's what the right-winger "2 goes 2 far" group was saying. That if we had embryonic stem-cell research, tons of researching companies would come to Michigan and do embryonic stem-cell research because they could here. Which they figured was bad because it would mean lots of embryos used for research. But their language also made it clear that we'd have a bunch of companies moving to Michigan to do this. I wonder if that's part of the reason Proposal 2 passed.
