For years I have posted that NC could be turned blue. I've been shouted down by DU'ers
from other states, affirmed by a few other NC DU'ers.
Here's how NC went blue: 68.37% of registered voters went to the polls in NC.

Look at the increase in numbers of registered voters from 2004 to 2008: 744,766 MORE registered voters.
