I say Erwin Chemerinsky for Supreme Court Justice.

Who do you see in an Obama cabinet?

20. I think Hillary would be better as Associate Justice.
Bill as some kind of Goodwill Ambassador at Large (as opposed to being pigeon holed in the UN or a single country).

9. Howard Dean Secretary of HEW. I heard on MSNBC that there
would be NO retreads in the Obama Cabinet, and I LIKE THAT! Bring in the new faces of people he knows are great at what they do!

I don't view Howard as a retread. He's never been in Washington, but thanks to HIM and his 50 State strategy, we have TONIGHT! I think he would be terrific working on our health care system because he knows the flaws from the inside!

12. Nah, keep Howard as head of DNC
He's going to need to nurse a whole new generation of Democratic politicians coming in the pipeline, and there's still a lot of work to do there. There are many qualified doctors for HEW, but there's only one Howard Dean.

16. I got the feeling he was done with the DNC. I don't know if it was
his decision or what, but I keep hearing he will not be chairman after this year. I would LOVE him to keep the job, but NOBODY has even hinted at that.

14. Except I would love to see Richardson in the cabinet
There are a lot of posts he could fill, but he has earned it.

15. I agree, Richardson is a good man.
He may have his faults, but he is mostly a decent guy.
