And it's not a big company. I'm glad it wasn't her but still it sucks.

3. We had 34 when I was hired 2 years ago - we are down to 23.
And 4 are owners. The owner guy told me yesterday all 3 periods of time when he's had to cut in the last 30 years he spends days crying himself to sleep over it and lots of months losing sleep.

I'm sending lots of good vibes her way. When things like this happen, I think that those that are left are so shaken and overwhelmed by the workload. I'm hoping she will be OK....
