1. I want to watch the returns and celebrate
I plan to get some sparkling grape juice and stay up until I see a concession speech, but I'm pregnant and having a hard time of it this time around, so I don't know how long I'll be able to stay up.

I'm going out, and you *are* cutting into my beer drinking time.

Actually, work is doing that, but still ... :)

14. We've taken the day off. Voted last Thursday so today is a day of
celebration. The champagne is chilling and I made up special treats yesterday so I don't miss anything! I am so happy...I've already had a couple tearful sessions, tears of joy! I know I'm going to cry and laugh and celebrate a lot tonight!

16. Tried early voting
but the line was hideously long, both to vote and get in and out of the park where the voting site was. I went after lunch and the wait was two and a half hours. I got there first thing this morning and waited for an hour and twenty minutes--my longest wait ever. Don't know how it'll be this afternoon. :hi:
