5. Where are they getting their numbers?
Every county in WA has the following "results"

1666 votes for Mc*
1665 votes for Obama
9834 votes for 'other'

The % of precincts reporting ranges from 1% to 100%

Apparently, Los Angeles County has 100% precincts reporting.

On the electoral vote side, they're calling Minnesota for Mc* who has a 12,000 vote lead with only 25% of precincts reporting.

Where are these numbers coming from?
