3. The screech-owl ruined my breakfast again this morning.

I sat down to an English muffin and coffee, and MSNBC immediately cut to the screech owl in Pennsylvania. She was introducing the "first dude" when I scrambled to turn off the teevee. Every day, it seems, either my breakfast or my lunch (sometimes both) are interrupted by the screech-owl or the old goat.
