I think Dole disqualified herself for this office.

Who is she to determine who is "Godless" or not? Her God only? Her sect only? Her belief system only?

Who EXACTLY does she define as "Godless"? Being a Senator does not include proselytizing for one religion over others or over those who choose to be secular.

1. As tacky as she usually is, this is the lowest I've ever seen from her.
Pretty disgusting.

Ok, North Carolina voters. Do your work.

4. Don't worry. Hagan has won a very effective campaign.
It was too close for comfort for a long while, but Hagan's been pulling away lately. I think she'd have won a close victory without the godless ad, but now a Hagan win seems inevitable.

BTW: Hagan and I once belonged to the same church, First Presbyterian Church in Greensboro. I changed churches a few years ago, but Hagan is an elder and has been a Sunday School teacher. Regardless of her political affiliation, even if Hagan were agnostic, the Dole ad is outrageous.

5. Dole is truly terrible.
Why didn't McCain pick her instead of Moosey? She seems just as dishonest and nasty, and she has that "Dole" name that the wingnuts love so much.

7. The whole problem I have with the back-and-forth between Dole and Hagen is ...
... what's so wrong with taking legal money in a legal way?

And since when has "godless" been a bad thing.

Yeah, yeah, I know, it's The South, but come on, if Colin Powell can say it's not a bad thing for a young Muslim to dream of being president, why can't someone say Liddy Dole is an wrong for treating non-Christians like second-class citizens?

8. Liddy needs to tell us if all the money collected from
foreign governments by Rethugs lobbyists is 'godful'.
