Sen. Ted Kennedy returning to Washington
(10-28) 08:33 PDT WASHINGTON (AP) --

Sen. Edward Kennedy, who has brain cancer and has been recovering on Cape Cod, Mass., is returning to Washington.

Kennedy spokeswoman Melissa Wagoner said the 76-year-old senator was planning to leave the family's Hyannis Port compound on Tuesday afternoon for the District of Columbia. Wagoner said he is expected to return to Cape Cod around Thanksgiving.

Health Care reform is crucial.... he will likely spend his remaining time dealing w/it.
