It didn't start off badly, but holy shit. SHAME on him. That poor baby is going to have shoulder and arm problems. It needs to have an exam and get x-rayed for spiral fractures and injuries to the growth plates in his/her arms.

That was revolting. I had to skip some, went to end to see if any identification was there. He needs to be reported, that baby needs to be under someone else's care AFTER getting a physical exam.

FBI cyber-squad (or whatever the official term is) will be contacting liveleak to try and get info on this guy. The only other advice they had was try to contact liveleak ourselves and get info about him, but they agreed a note from the FBI might accomplish more than from uppityperson.

25. I just talked with FBI, who deals with cyber shit like this. Seriously.

Started with local CPS, went to state CPS, off to county sheriff who sent me to FBI who took a report and said they'd pass it on to their cyber-squad to contact LiveLeak and try to ID who this is.

They suggested contacting Liveleak and letting them know this was child endangerment. I suggested that Liveleak might take a request for info from FBI more seriously than from an anonymous online person.

So. Call the FBI. Contact Liveleak that just deleting this is wrong, that they still need to report this to the authorities.

It seems that the baby might be animated at certain points during the clip. Could be wrong though..hope i am not.

It also seems that the video may be Russian or Eastern European by the music. On a different version under heading of Extreme Baby Gymnastics the father seems to speak to the baby in a non-english language.

Does not mean that it is not in the US though.
