2. I'm beginning to suspect that our new floor is around 8000...
which would be better than some other scenarios. Probably too early to call for real, though.

6. Floors made of (wet) cardboard
My suspicion is that any such trading floors (8000) will have all the durability of cardboard left in the rain for a while. This is just getting depressing.

8. It certainly seems like the financial world is still figuring out how bad...
things really are. While that's happening, I assume the markets will continue to be nuts.
