Why I can't vote for JOHN McCain
I know how bad it is that Barack Obama's middle name is Hussein....Because there was an evil dictator in Iraq who used Hussein as his last name. But what about JOHN McCain? John was the first name of JOHN Wayne Gacy, a serial killer in the Chicago area during the 1970's. So this just goes to show you how important it is to include peoples names when you are deciding who to vote for. Make sure you think twice when in the voting booth. It is not always about the fact that the country is involved in two horrendously-managed wars, involved in the biggest financial disaster since 1929, and has some major inequalities on basic necessities for it's citizens.

So I hope that will help you make this important choice for our country.

3. precisely.
it should also be a talking point we can use when a right-wing nut job starts going off on the "hes a Muslim" crap. To catch a rat, sometimes u have to act like a rat. To fight stupidity sometimes you have to resort to stupidity.

and yes it was fully intended to be a stupid post and its fine if you don't get it lol.

excuse me tonight. I kinda stupid right now cause I'm tired from getting ready to move.

I also think names are a ridiculous point of contention and a non-issue for such an important job as president. It's obvious that both of the men running have been fully vetted and been determined to be viable candidates - despite the horrible names of Hussein and John.

Edited to add: Oh, and welcome to DU, jrlee2 =^)
