Anybody see the current issue of Reader's Digest with the world poll
in it? They did polling around the world and guess what, Obama is the world's choice almost ninety to ten. They list ten countries they polled in and showed in charts and graphs how the polling went issue by issue. More than half of the countries polled have a higher anti-American view than a Pro-American view including Canada and Mexico. Germany, France, Finland, Sweden, Russia, all have higher anti-American view than Pro-American view, to be fair though all countries except the USA had a much higher neutral view than either Pro or Anti. Not a single country picked McCain as their choice for the American President. McCain just is not liked and Obama is really liked. This poll was done between June and July and they had McCain ahead of Obama in the USA 39% to 37% I don't think that was true back then but Reader's Digest is a Conservative rag. Even so it is a very interesting article with detailed world opinions about the USA.
