"Room for rent" in western burbs of Chicago......
I have been 'advised' by members of this DU board that I should look for a tenant b/c my ARM is going to reset in January 2009.

Anyone looking for a room?

I don't think that's gonna happen between now and January.

I'm screwed.

on edit: Wells Fargo. If they would just "keep me where I am, I'd be okay" - which is very high 9% - they want to adjust to 15% and then I can't keep up anymore. WHY? Are all the rich Chinese gonna buy my junky house?

I have lived with roomates & I have lived alone. I will live in a camper before I do the roomate thing again. Nothing but stress & problems.

What is the new rate tied to when it resets?
