"Testing" the new president

Does anyone has any evidence that the Cuban Missile Crisis was generated "to test the new president"?

Or the 1993 attack on the WTC?

Or 9/11?

I think this is such a stupid argument and noone in the MSM is forced to back it up.

Yes time after time crises happen. Regardless of whether a president is in office for 2 months or 2 years or 7 years.

1. I don't know about that, but in light of the Bush administration's

incompetence overall, 9-11 could probably have been prevented had they been sharper. Don't you think?
