Did Waxman just make TDS a legitinate News outlet?

During testimony this morning, when they were discussing the Chimp saying he would fire anyone in his administration responsible for the leak, Waxman commented that (paraphrasing: We don't have a clip of the many times he's said this.. I guess we'll have to leave that to The Daily Show and Jon Stewart to handle that)

I couldn't hardly tear myself away from the TV during these hearings.. I should have been at work an hour and a half ago... it's a good thing I work for myself, huh?

Oversight and accountability... isn't it wonderful!
