Palinizied, to dumb down, to make dumber, as in our school system methods for teaching our children to pass the test so the schools can get the money necessary to operate next year, to do the same thing.

2. "Palinate," to speak in words and phrases commonly used by Sarah Palin.

Like "you betcha."
