The owners of Pacifier believe they're the ones who satisfied the baby clothing needs of Trig Palin.

"The brown/blue chunky stripe romper that baby Trig sported at the RNC was purchased at Pacifier in Gaviidae Common," e-mailed Wing Witthuhn. She and her husband, Jon Witthuhn, own two of the urban baby boutiques.

A woman believed to be a campaign worker came into Gaviidae's Pacifier looking for something dressy, but not too dressy, for a 5-month-old. The woman said she had tried Macy's and Saks but had no luck.

Reflecting on the customer, Jon told me Thursday that there were clues the clothing was being purchased for Republican vice presidential candidate Sarah Palin's baby: "I made some assumptions after asked me for advice for kids of other ages. I was suspicious that she'd be running around shopping on a RNC credit card."

1. I have yet to see that baby's face.
They use him like a prop. I'm convinced that he's just a pillow.

2. I'm gald they "popped" for some better duds for Trig. In the beginning he
was always dressed in some hideous brown gunny sack thing.

3. The kiddies are supposed to be off limits, but if they are dressed with campaign
money, aren't they the part of the campaign?

4. Palin's kids did not choose to be a part of this circus
Kids love their parents no what kind of abuse they're subjected to...don't blame the children.

5. they are still open season as far as I am concerned
if going after them with a vengance will live this side with just one NET vote, then I say they are game on. I was a US Congressional Candidate myself and know how brutal it can get...so don't tell me Palin didn't know. It's sad, that the kids have to be a part of it, but that's politics.

6. Let me spell it out for you.

If campaign money is spend on the clothes for baby Trig, then baby Trig would be a part of the campaign, because using campaign money for personal purposes is frowned upon.
Thus, baby Trig would be a legitimate point of discussion.

7. Wonder how much of it was spent to clean up Levi before he made his RNC convention debut?
Some were saying when he was doing photo ops with the Palin family and mcgrampass upon his arrival in MN "well, they sure cleaned him up".. guess now we see how.
