Some radio station is raising money for him.. Last i heard they had $1800.. $1000 to help him with his unpaid lien and $800 for a plumbing license..

don't you have to actually take a TEST?? Is there a Licenses R Us somewhere, that you can just go to and buy one:rofl:

My son took the contrators' test out here..It was a grueling HOURS-LONG test, and most people there taking it that day , were on their second or third attempt at passing (my son passed on the first try)..and then he had to get the background check (on his own dime)..and then the bonding & insurance.. This was a thousands of dollars proposition..

Also, you don't have to pay taxes on gifts under $20,000 per year.
