This is protected. The cops were in the wrong for trying to prevent it.

I know he takes unprecedented precautions, but they showed how when he travels by helicopter (Marine One), he always uses three of them. Two decoys, and the one he rides in.

a friend of mine worked at a local Cadillac dealership, and Secretary of State George Schultz's limo came in for some work.

There was so much armor plating on that car, they weren't sure the regular hydraulic lifts would work - they did, though.

They ran out in the middle of the street directly in front of the motorcade of the candidate for VP. If that had happened to Obama or Biden, we'd be (correctly) screaming bloody murder. Frankly, I was surprised that the were treated even more roughly.
