The Supreme Court has stepped into the ACORN verification battle in Ohio. Kitty Pilgrim reports. The Supreme Court Friday overruled a federal appeals court’s decision that would have required Ohio’s elections officials to do more to help verify voter registrations. Ohio has some 200,000 registration forms from newly registered voters whose information did not match their driver’s license or social security records.

So, this "newsman" is saying that by ruling in the favor of allowing people to vote in Ohio, the Supreme Court has created a "setback." So, the state messes up people's registration, and the voters have to lose their political voice? My, how... fascist.
Don't worry, Lou, under an Obama/Biden presidency, you pasty old white guys will still be fine. :eyes:
