4. You're cutting it close, but I would call the registrar and see if you could get that ballot ASAP

Then check the last possible postmark date. Remember, you can always bring the absentee ballot to the polling place and drop it off there on election day. I like the absentee ballot because it is paper and I don't have to worry about Diebold.
