Police lift Amber Alert for abducted Las Vegas boy

LAS VEGAS, Nevada (CNN) -- Police have deactivated Saturday an Amber Alert for Cole Puffinburger, 6, who was abducted Wednesday from his Las Vegas, Nevada, home, according to Nevada's Amber Alert Web site.


A nationwide Amber Alert for Cole Puffinburger, 6, of Las Vegas, Nevada, was lifted Saturday.

No details were immediately available. Las Vegas police will hold a 4 p.m. ET press conference, the site said.

Late Friday, Cole's grandfather was arrested in Cole's kidnapping, which police say was drug-related. He was arrested in Riverside, California, and put into custody.
