5. I couldn't remember GB PM's first name, but I got the last name
and made a judgment call that I could count it as all three right. I'm bossy like that.

8. The results-by-audience numbers on that link are interesting
I notice that the NPR listeners had an above-average international awareness, while the Hannity/Rush listeners are hyper-aware of who controls congress. I guess the wingers don't really know or care about issues, they just want to rant and rave about what the other party is doing...

25. the interesting thing is the distribution
24% of even National Enquirer readers got the toughest question and yet that's more than the number who got all three right. Which means that some people got that answer and yet still missed one of the other two. Even though much higher percentages got the other two.

I wonder how many would have gotten all three if Tony Blair was still PM.

RW radio and TV are prepping their dolts better than before.

OK, now for the hard ones:

Where are the WMD's?

Why is ObL still at large?

What happened to the flowers?

How come the Iraq War is costing slightly more than the $1 billion projected?

Extra credit: Who is Phil Gramm? Hint: if you lost your home recently, you should know this.

22. It's a tradition
In my lifetime at least, comedians always push farther than "real" newspeople push. Even so, I don't know of anyone with half a brain that thinks of Leno, Letterman or Stewart as NEWS JOURNALISTS. They are comedians who on occasion inform - but if taking what is said completely out of context and twisting it gets a laugh and ratings then they'll do it in a heartbeat. Their job is the laugh, whatever that takes.

When Yahoo News gets that difference confused we have a problem.
