Vino .. er, I mean Vito .. blew a 0.17% BAC and then threatened to crap in his pants at the police station. He had been at a Super-bowl party at the Bu$h White House, had a "glass-and-a-half of wine" at a restaurant, and then stopped in a tavern for a "sip."
